This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is not, and how to request warranty service.
โ 1. Warranty Coverage
Warranties vary by product and brand. Unless stated otherwise, most equipment sold through ecateringequipment.com includes a standard 6โ12 month limited warranty covering:
Manufacturing defects
Non-functional parts under normal use
Faulty workmanship or components
Electrical or mechanical failure not caused by misuse
Exact warranty duration and coverage will be stated on the product page or invoice.

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
Wear and tear from commercial or industrial use beyond product limits
Damage from power surges, water exposure, or fire
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Use of non-approved accessories or parts
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that does not affect functionality

To be eligible for warranty service:
The product must have been purchased directly from EC Catering Equipment
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided
The issue must be reported within the warranty period
Any attempt to repair or alter the equipment by a non-authorized technician will void the warranty.

Order number
Product name and model
Detailed description of the issue
Clear photos or videos (if applicable)
We will assess the claim and may request further diagnostics.
If approved, we will:
Provide repair instructions
Replace the item or defective part (if in stock)
Offer a return option for evaluation (if necessary)
Shipping costs related to warranty returns or replacements will be covered by EC Catering Equipment only if the fault lies with the product or manufacturer.
๐ 5. Replacement Policy
If a product is deemed unrepairable and still within warranty, we will offer a replacement unit of the same model. If the original model is no longer available, we may offer an equivalent product or issue a store credit.
